The smooth and glossy commercial-friendly glaze is also impervious to water absorption in hot commercial dishwashers up to 70°C for a minimum of 300 cycles. Plus, it's oven, microwave and freezer safe. Perfect for amplifying the natural color of fresh ingredients - reds, yellows, greens and blues really stand out against the grey.
