The Master Class Non-Stick Pizza Crisper Tray makes achieving that perfectly crispy pizza crust and base much easier – whether your pizza is store-bought, frozen or baked fresh. It features a thick, non-stick carbon steel construction, and a series of perforations that help circulate hot air around your base (which means no ‘hot spots’ in your dough).

The perforated pizza pan measures 32 cm (12½ inches) in diameter. It's big enough for generously sized pizzas, or you can use it to crisp up bruschetta or warm half-baked baguettes.
