Bake beautiful little shell-shaped, feather-light French sponges with the Master Class Non-Stick 24-Hole Mini Madeleine Tray.

The baking tray measures 27 x 22 cm (10.5” x 8.5”) and features 24 moulds measuring 5 x 3.5 cm (2” x 1”). The moulds have shell-shaped depressions which, combined with its 1 mm thick carbon steel construction, help you bake bite-sized French sponge cakes that look as great as they taste.
