For use on all heat sources including induction, this fryer and basket features an integrated pan rest holder on the chip basket, for allowing the fat to drain from the chips, leaving you with crispy chips. Other features include a vented lid with phenolic knob, a long phenolic handle and a phenolic side handle for safe and durable use. The size of the basket is 20cm / 7¾". Avoid use of metal utensils & scourers to prevent damage to the surface. Please use the product responsibly. We advise the use of an oven glove when handling the basket or lid. Fill with oil no more than one third of the pan to avoid the risk of overflowing when adding food. Take care to avoid splashes when lifting the chip basket out of the fryer.
