The tray measures 31 x 25.5 cm (12” x 10”), with éclair-shaped depressions to help you bake perfectly-shaped éclairs with minimal hassle.

What’s more, Quantum II uses safe silicone – not polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) – for its non-stick effect.
